UNDER 18 GIRLS REP TRAINING
Training will commence on Thursday July 15 at the GCHA turf from 5pm for all interested under 18 female players. Subsequent trainings will take place every Thursday from 5 - 6.30pm. A squad will be chosen for the Southern Cross tournament on July 25 in Ipswich.
Final selections for the state tiltles in Brisbane September 23 - 26 will take place in mid August. Please note that under 15 players are welcome to attend however when selecting the team priority will be given to players in the under 18 age group.

GOLD COAST UNDER 18’s MEN
Nominations are being called for the Gold Coast under 18’s men representative teams. This season GCHA will host the Championship from Thursday September 23rd – 26th. The Gold Coast will also enter 2 teams into the Championship (Division 1 and Division 2). So be sure to send a nomination into GCHA office.
Trials / Training sessions begin Thursday July 7th, 5pm start.

GOLD COAST UNDER 11’s Rep Teams
This year we will send 2 x boys and 2 x girls teams away for a spectacular day of competition. The Combined Championship will be held at Downey Park, Brisbane on the 1st of August.
The complete teams will be posted on the website on friday the 23rd of July.
Player Eligibility for Gold Coast REP Players from the G.C.H.A. By Laws:
To be eligible for selection in any Gold Coast Hockey Association representative side in any Division, the following criteria must be met ;
(a) The player must be registered with the Gold Coast Hockey Association Inc. through membership of an Affiliated Club as a player, and must play regularly in the Gold Coast Competition.
(b) Players not meeting the criteria in (a) will not be considered by the Selectors unless special circumstances exist and application has been made to the Board and exemption granted in writing.
(c) The meaning of ‘regularly’ in (a) will be considered objectively by the Selectors, with each selection to be considered on its merits.
(d) All Coaches, Managers and Players selected, chosen or otherwise appointed to represent Gold Coast Hockey Association must be ratified by the Board and must abide all conditions set by the Association.
