Super League nominations

A combined Tweed/Gold Coast men & women's teams will compete at the Super League tournament 10/12 June in Brisbane.

We are calling  for expression of interest for Coaches, Managers and Players.

Training/selections will be kicking off on the 16th of May at 7:30pm.

Those Coaches/Managers who have forwarded their details previously need not resubmit your application.

NOMINATIONS CLOSE 9AM MONDAY 9 MAY 2016
 
Any player interested in playing Super League in 2016 must complete Form 1-SL - Player Eligibility by 9am Monday 9 May 2016 via the online form to be considered for selection by a zone. 

Only players who have completed Form 1-SL – Player Eligibility will be eligible for selection for Super League.  Late submissions will not be accepted by Hockey Queensland.
