The Office Administrator’s primary role is to ensure that the office is attended for the 5 hours per day, as agreed by the board. This position is permanent part time with an average of 22.5 hours per week pending peak times through the main season. Incoming phone calls are to be answered in a timely and professional manner. Members, Suppliers and Visitors to the GCHA Facility are to be greeted and attended to in a prompt professional manner.
