This is a final reminder for any players wanting to nominate and be considered for the Gold Coast Open Mens team playing in Brisbane from 1-3 May.  Final nominations close on Monday 29th March.

Already teams are making a stance in the 2010 competition.

New comers to Div 1 Women Nerang and Burleigh showed that they will not be easy beats this season with both coming away with a draw against Lab Black and Mudgeeraba. Reigning Premiers Lab Gold had a strong win over Griffith and are the favorites already for 2010.

Div 1 Men games were fast and furious with all teams showing what they are made of early this season. Mudgeeraba snuck a goal in to just win over Capri who had most of the play all game. Labrador were able to also get a win on the board over Burleigh.

All games were played in great spirit and 2010 will be a competitive season for all clubs.

The 2010 Hockey Season starts this weekend. Draws are now online via the Sporting Pulse national system. Please go to Competition and click on the links on the side regarding Junior or Senior competition.
