Vale - Ian Hood
It is with deep sadness that we share with you the loss of a dear member of our Gold Coast Hockey community.
Ian Hood passed away last Sunday the 7th October. Our condolences to Bruce & the extended Hood family. On behalf of our hockey members, I wish you love, support & prayers through this tough time.
Ian was a passionate member of our hockey community. He was a kind, sharing, intelligent, loving person and was mates with many. He will be sadly missed.
He fought bravely after his stroke and stayed with us, for a week before passing. The compassion of Ian is evident in his final choice to be an organ donor. His last final gift is life to many others. Ian will live on helping others, something that he did when he was here with us.
Ian your memories will live on through our hockey community. Rest in Peace mate.
With respect & love from the GCHA Board of Direcgtors & its members.
